The Bill & Account Information Service by Jarkhand DISCOM is a free service which provides Billing Information, Bill history, Consumption history and Payment history ("Service") through website to any User ("User") at the risk of the User.

The Service is provided by DISCOM for information purposes only. DISCOM makes no representation or warranties regarding the Service.

User is requested to check up the desired details of Service with Consumer Care Centre of DISCOM. DISCOM shall not be liable for any liability which may arise as a consequence of the erroneous information.DISCOM does not guarantee that the Service will be without delay or interruption or that the information supplied will be accurate or complete and DISCOM assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the information provided through Service.

In no circumstances, the information gathered from the Service could be considered conclusive and therefore could not be used as evidence for the purpose of any court case, litigation or any other form of compliant.

DISCOM reserves its right to suspend/terminate the Service at any time at its sole discretion.

User agrees to hold harmless and indemnify DISCOM, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claim arising from or in any way related to his/her use of the Service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.In the event that there is a dispute of difference with regard to these Terms and Conditions, the same shall be referred to arbitration under the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The Terms and Conditions set hereinabove may be modified by DISCOM without any prior notice to the User and the User's continued usage of the Service shall be deemed to be an acceptance of the modified terms.
